These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to the Freedom From Health Anxiety digital programme and all associated materials ("the Programme"). By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

3. Nature of the Contract - Licence, Not Sale
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Programme materials for your own private, non-commercial use only. This licence:
- Is granted to you personally and may not be transferred, gifted, sold, or shared with any third party
- Does not confer any ownership rights over the content
- Does not grant any right to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the materials
- Remains subject to termination in the event of a breach of these Terms
4. Programme Access
Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the Programme via Systeme.io, the delivery platform. Access details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Access period: Lifetime access is granted upon purchase, meaning your access will remain active for as long as the Programme is operational. The right is reserved to update or supplement programme content at any time. In the unlikely event it becomes necessary to withdraw the programme, reasonable prior notice will be given to all active members.
5. Permitted and Prohibited Use
5.1 Permitted Use
- Access and view Programme materials for your own personal learning and wellbeing
- Take notes and apply techniques acquired for your own benefit
- Download materials only where an explicit download function is provided
5.2 Prohibited Use
- Share your login credentials or account access with any other person
- Copy, reproduce, record, screenshot, or capture Programme content by any means
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make Programme materials available to any third party
- Use Programme content to create or deliver a competing product or service
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or download content
Any breach may result in immediate termination of access. All available legal remedies may be pursued.
6. Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely through Systeme.io. Payment card details are not stored.
Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to all scheduled payments in full. Failure to complete a payment plan may result in suspension of access until outstanding payments are resolved.
7. Refund Policy
Beyond the 7-day period, all sales are final except where required by your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital Programme, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. In its place, the 7-day Peace of Mind Guarantee above applies instead.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact me promptly and it will be resolved as quickly as possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All Programme content - including hypnotherapy audio recordings, written modules, worksheets, guided exercises, scripts, graphics, and course structure - is the exclusive intellectual property of Keeley Timmins Hypnotherapy and is protected by UK copyright law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Programme is provided on an "as is" basis. No warranties are made that the programme will meet your specific requirements, that any particular results will be achieved, or that access will be uninterrupted. Results described are based on individual client experiences. Individual outcomes will vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
10. Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer
Keeley Timmins is a qualified Hypnotherapist and RTT Practitioner. She is not a medical doctor, psychiatrist, or licensed psychologist. Nothing within the Programme constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are encouraged to seek appropriate professional advice for any health concerns and to continue any existing treatment unless advised otherwise by your healthcare provider.
If your mental health deteriorates during the Programme, please contact your GP or a mental health professional. In a crisis, contact the Samaritans on 116 123 or your local emergency services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keeley Timmins Hypnotherapy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or any loss arising from reliance on Programme content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Programme.
12. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
13. Privacy and Data
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For full details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
14. Amendments
These Terms may be amended at any time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date. Where changes are material, I will endeavour to notify existing customers by email. Continued access to the Programme following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Termination
Access may be terminated or suspended immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms. In the event of termination for breach, no refund will be issued. You may cancel your access at any time by contacting me, subject to the refund policy in clause 7.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
